Jashne Gol
Ancient Iranian Flower Celebration
Ordibehesht 2, 6373 Padeshahi -  April 22, 2009

Jashne Gol or flower celebration is a wonderful ancient Iranian celebration that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. In early spring ancient Iranians would go to the countryside and open fields to celebrate and gather medicinal herb flowers in full bloom.  Ancient Iranians believed that certain flowers have crucial role to play in enhancing the body's natural immune response - in other words, it helps body to boost its natural ability to stave off, and counter, infections and other potentially harmful conditions. The use of great variety of fragrances have also been used for spiritual, social and therapeutic purpose in Iran. Certain flowers are used today in Iran to treat infections of all kinds and some are particularly helpful in combating such chronic infections as post-viral fatigue syndrome, and in preventing and treating colds, flu, skin disorders and respiratory infections.

Happy " Jashne Gol" to all true Iranians around the world

Ancient Persians, skilled horsemen: Study
Strong horsemen and Persian horses more than 5,000 years ago

April 2009, Iran - Polish scientists believe ancient inhabitants of Iran's northern Mazandaran Province were well-built individuals and skilful horsemen. “Physical anthropology studies conducted on Gohar Tappeh skeletal remains showed that strong horsemen lived in the area 5,000 years ago,” said head of Gohar Tappeh archeology team, Ali Mahforouzi. “Archeological finds suggest that the inhabitants of Gohar Tappeh regarded the horse as a sacred animal,” he added. Excavations have yielded numerous horse statuettes, some of which are in the form of rhytons. “Studies also showed that the ancient inhabitants of the region had a diet rich in seafood, poultry and meat,” he added. Although the skeletons belong to well-built people, scientists say they have not found any trace of vegetables in their diet. “The skeletal remains show high levels of iron deficiency were often the cause of death in the people of the region,” said Mahforouzi. One of the other causes of death in the region was water contamination which according to Mahforouzi “spread fatal contagious diseases.” A team of Iranian, German and Polish archeologists is currently excavating Mazandaran Province to study the transition from cave-dwelling to urbanism in northern Iran over 13,000 years. Previous excavations suggested the prevalence of powerful political and economic systems in the area over three thousand years ago. The site has yielded ancient graves and artifacts dating back to the first millennium BCE. Skeletal remains of a warrior and a child were also found in the area along with a bronze pendant and a number of bull statuettes. Archaeologists have also discovered an artifact in a grave which is believed by some musicians to be an instrument similar to the clarinet.  Source: Iran - NAT/JG

Hakhamaneshian (Achaemenid) inscription found in south Iran

April 2009, Iran - A Hakhamaneshian (Achaemenid) inscription in cuneiform script, a stone inscribed on both flat surfaces, has been discovered in southern Iran. The discovery was made in the ancient city of Ramhormoz in Khuzestan province, according to Iranian cultural heritage activists and archeologists. The 2,500-year-old inscription is carved on both sides of a piece of an eight-kilogram stone from the Zard River basin located in the northeast of Khuzestan province. Archeologists observed some shapes and drawings next to the inscriptions on the stone. The results of further studies are anxiously awaited, as they will reveal details about the subject of the inscription.

Earlier this month Iranian archeologists unearthed the remains of two 2,500 -year-old palaces and 18 columns belonging to the Hakhamaneshian (Achaemenid) era in the ancient city of Ramhormoz. The archeologists have restored five of the eighteen columns. The other columns were unfortunately destroyed during a road construction project in the region, before the significance of the area was recognized. The priceless inscribed stone has been transferred to the Ramhormoz Cultural Heritage Office.    Source: Iran - NAT/JG

Iranians without Islam
Interesting comments from Europeans

"Sociologists of Islamic apostasy may wish to consider what it is, in the history of Iran or the mental makeup of Iranians, that makes for so many apostates among the most advanced Iranian exiles, far more, for example, than one finds among Pakistanis whom, one would have thought, might not have their own, Pakistani, pre-Islamic past to appeal to, but could at least begin to rediscover the pre-Islamic past of India, Mother India, as they recognize what we Infidels have no trouble recognizing: the Muslims of Pakistan, like the Muslims of Bangladesh and of India itself, are the descendants of Hindus (or, in much smaller numbers, Buddhists or Jains) who in order to escape the fate of non-Muslims under Muslim rule, converted to Islam. Because the Iranian identity is centered in Iran itself, so you have it whether you want or not. Pakistani ex-identity is centered in India - which creates rather a polarization effect and is not contagious. Plus remember the Hindu heritage is quite complicated - unlike Christianity, Buddhism, Zoroastrian faith for ex. Without Islam a Pakistani is nothing, without Islam an Iranian is still or even more Iranian."

"As long as you remain Muslim, you cannot possibly be called an Iranian. Being Iranian is defined by a state of mind, not by a place of residence, your language, your dialect, or even your genetic makeup or race"

Close of Iranian New Year Celebration
13 Farvardin Maah 6373

Iranian New Year festivities will end on the 13th day known as Sizdeh-bedar. The 13th day of the Iranian New Year is spent mostly outdoors. People will leave their homes to go to the parks for a festive picnic. It is a must to spend Sizdeh-bedar in nature.  People believe that by going into the fields and parks they avoid misfortunes. All kinds of food and delicacies are prepared with tea, drinks, fruits, bread, cheese and fresh herbs. The occasion is a communal one and all close relatives and friends will participate. There is music and dancing while most people will play games and sports. It is also believed that unwed girls can wish for a husband by going into the fields and tying a knot. The picnic ends with the setting of the sun.

Happy Jashne Sizdeh-bedar to all True Iranians around the world

Zartosht's Day
The Greatest Iranian Teacher and Philosopher
06 Farvardin Maah 6373

Zartosht based his philosophy on

Good Deeds         Good Thoughts        Good Words

Zartosht (Zarathustra), the greatest Iranian teacher and philosopher was a messenger of peace, good life, and eternal love. Zartosht never assumed prophethood or said that he had been missioned to bring any message from God to human beings.  He recognized his God on the basis of knowledge and wisdom.  Zartosht believed that there is some kind of intelligence (Ahura Mazda) working its way through nature and based his philosophy on Good Deeds, Good Thoughts and Good Words.

He united ancient Iranians into a way of life that guided them to glorious time of prosperity and happiness for centuries (Persian Empire).  Zartosht was a great Iranian spiritual leader of profound and lasting significance. If only Iranians had adhered to Zartosht's principles “Good Thoughts, Good Words and Good Deeds”, Iran would have remained eternally prosperous and exalted."

Ancient Iranians never celebrated someone's birthday or death. They believed that everyone comes to this world and leaves one day. What mattered to them was that what someone did to make his or her life worthwhile!

Obama’s Message to Iran called an Insult to Real Iranians

Posted on March 21st, 2009, by Alicia Colon - New York Sun Columnist

For the past two years I’ve been in touch with an Iranian dissident whom I contact whenever I need an accurate translation of his language. The president’s message to Iran was issued with Persian subtitles that I suspected might not be precise.

He assured me that while the translation was accurate, the message itself had infuriated the Iranian people who are not in league with the mullahs who wish to destroy their Persian heritage. I have his permission to provide my readers with his reaction:

I can tell you that many Iranians are infuriated with the message, as am I. Iranians do not think that the Islamic regime of Iran is their government. They look at it as an occupying army of Muslim killers determined to destroy what Muhammad and his killers could not do for 1400 years. The mullahs have done all they can to prevent people from celebrating the Norooz and a dozen other celebrations such as Charshanbeh-Soori (the fire festival) for the last 30 years. They hate and try to destroy the Iranian culture, like they did in all other previously none Muslim countries. But the more they try to stop the many celebrations in Iran the more the people resist. Historically the Arab Muslim invaders tried to ban the Norooz celebrations from the beginning, but we paid them lots of tax to keep it alive. Norooz is an Iranian celebrations and Islamist mullah occupiers see it as a nationalistic unifying force that has nothing to do with their agenda.  read the full article

Derafsh-e Kaviani was first raised, according to legend, against the Satanic, evil dragon demon Zahak. In Iran's national epic, Shahnameh Ferdowsi, the demon has become an oppressive Arab ruler. Kaveh Ahangar, the blacksmith rallied the people against him, using his spear and leather apron to remake the ancient flag and lead the Iranian people to victory. The flag of the Kings, Derafsh-e Kaviani remains an important motif in Iranian art and culture, although its meaning has been repressed by the current regime.  The rise of Derafsh-e Kaviani now is a call on Iranians to renew their pride in their ancient culture and to rise once more, as their ancestors rose against legendary demons and conquerors, to establish an Iranian nation that is truly free.

Derafsh-e Kaviani, ancient Iranian flag before Arab invasion is the most powerful symbol of Iranian history and culture

Iranian New Year Celebration

Norooz 6373 Padeshahi
2568 Kooroshi (Persian Empire)

Norooz or new day, is a wonderful Iranian celebration that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. Norooz is the most cherished of all the Iranian festivals and has been celebrated for more than 4000 years. Norooz is a celebration of spring equinox and represents ancient Iranians' impressive understanding of science and astronomy. Iranians decorate their traditional Norooz table with "Seven Sheen", ancient Iranian ceremonial Norooz items before Arab invasion.

1- Shokofeh (flower blossom), 2- Shir (milk), 3- Shirini (sweets), 4-Sham (candle), 5- Shamshir (protection and power) over the years it has been replaced with Shahnameh (Epic of Kings), 6- Sharub (wine), 7- Shahdaneh (ancient medicine)

Epic of Norooz - The epic takes Norooz back to King Jamshid as said in Shahnameh of Ferdowsi: King Jamshid coined Norooz as a "new day" after he eliminated ignorance, poverty, injustice more that 4,000 years ago and celebration of Norooz became an annual event. It is said that King Jamshid and Kiaani Dynasty’s rule, which lasted for several hundred years was a glorious time of prosperity and happiness for ancient Iran and Iranians. Norooz did not end with Jamshid’s passing, but rather was strengthened through the centuries to become the all encompassing and glorious celebration of rebirth and renewal that it is today.......

International Women's Day

International Women's Day (8 March) is an occasion marked by women's groups around the world. This date is also commemorated at the United Nations and is designated in many countries as a national holiday. When women on all continents, often divided by national boundaries and by ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate their Day, they can look back to a tradition that represents at least nine decades of struggle for equality, justice, peace and development.

3500 years old ancient cylinder seal found in Iran

Iranian archeologists have unearthed an ancient cylinder seal dating to at least 3,500 years ago in Iran's northern Mazandaran Province. Archeological excavations at the Kelar Mound in the north of Iran have resulted in the discovery of a cylinder seal which dates back to the Neolithic Era; it is decorated with a drawing of a goat. The priceless object is believed to have been used in business and trading. It was probably used as a document and an index to determine the destination for trade.  Further excavations and Carbon-14 studies on the relic are expected to reveal more precise information. Oxford scientists have determined exact dates of Iran's Kelar Mound by studying ancient coal and bone samples. Although many archeologists believed that the area was not older than the Iron Age, Carbon-14 studies have dated the mound to more than 6000 years ago.  By: NAT/JG - Iran

5000-Years-Old Qare-Kand Site Flattened by the Islamic Terrorist Mullah Occupiers of Iran

March 2009The Bronze Age sites of Qare-Kand has been completely obliterated due the construction of a military base by the Islamic Republic’s Revolutionary Guards for the Basij Paramilitary Corp. in the area.  No action to stop this cultural obliteration, was taken by the authorities at the Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism Organization (ICHHTO), reported the Persian service of CHN on Saturday.

The 5000-years-old Iranian site which was considered as one of the most important Bronze Age Sites in northwestern mainland Iran was registered on the Iranian National Heritage List (No 537). The historical site is one of the villages in the town of Bukan on the way to Mahabad, in West Azarbaijan Province. As the result of this destruction of Iranian heritage, all the secrets and the archaeological data’s of the site, which dates back from 4th millennium BCE to 1500 BCE have been lost forever...   See the original article at the source: www.cais-soas.com

Iranian Heritage For Sale
Persian artifacts, more victims of Islamic Terrorist regime of Iran

February 2009 - Over 600 archeologists and scholars have petitioned to US President against selling the loaned Persepolis tablets. Thousands of ancient clay tablets containing information about the life and languages of the people of the Persian Empire were discovered in Persepolis, Iran, in 1933 by archeologists of the Oriental Institute of Chicago University and were lent to this institute due to its request to carry out more studies on them. These clay tablets which bear cuneiform inscriptions recording administrative details of the Persian Empire are more than 2500 years old, through which historians were able to find detailed information about the lifestyle of the people who lived in Iran centuries ago. 300 pieces of these tablets have been returned to Iran and were probably sold by Tazi Mullahs in the European black market.  The dispute broke out in July 2006 when an American Federal Judge ordered the tablets to be confiscated and auctioned in order to compensate the Israeli victims of the 1997 Jerusalem bombing.  While the US Justice Department has released three statements saying the tablets should not be seized, another lawyer is trying to confiscate the relics to compensate more than 150 families of 241 US service members killed in the 1983 suicide bombing of a Marines barracks in Beirut.

This shameful display of incompetence and ignorance of the Islamic terrorist Tazi Arab Mullah occupiers of Iran represents the latest in a series of destructions that appears to be aimed at systematically planning and destroying pre-Islamic Iranian heritage. more pictures

Jashne Sadeh
Iranian Winter Celebration
One of many great celebrations of ancient Iranians for more than 5000 years

Panj-Shanbeh 10 Bahman Maah 6372 Padeshahi
Friday January 30, 2009 Miladi

Jashne Sadeh is a mid winter festival that was celebrated with grandeur and magnificence in ancient Iran. It was a festivity to honor fire and to defeat the forces of darkness, frost, and cold. Jashne Sadeh in Persian language means "Hundred" and marks exactly hundred days and nights (fifty nights and fifty days) before the next major ancient Iranian celebration "Norooz" at the beginning of spring. Jashne Sadeh has no religious significance and no specific rituals are involved other than lighting fires at sunset and having a cheerful time. Traditional celebration of Jashne Sadeh involves getting together with family and friends, bringing firewood or dry tree branches and lighting a big bonfire outdoors at sunset. Then singing and dancing around the fire with lavish feasts of roasted lamb, beef, chicken and other delicacies to signify the coming of spring and as a symbolic token of the eternal fight with mischief. Jashne Sadeh is celebration of life, happiness, family values, friendship, love and kindness. The festivities would normally go on for three days. Fire in Jashne Sadeh represents the "eternal fire" and symbolizes the love of homeland which is always alive like a fervent fire in the true Iranian's hearts.

Dr. Frood Fouladvand's Day
Iranian National Hero

January 17, 2009 - Exactly 2 years ago on this day, Dr. Fouladvand disappeared near Iran's border. Dr. Fouladvand was known throughout the Iranian community for his open criticism of Islam and the Mullah's tyranny. He openly challenged the Quran in his daily International television broadcast for listeners both inside and outside Iran. His educational television programs were offensive to the Islamic clerics in Iran and Mullahs had issued a religious edict or fatwa calling for Dr. Fouladvand to be killed. On December 4, 2006, he set out on the last stages of operation Tondar ( Thunder) to lead liberation of Iran before the Iranian New Year, Norooz (March 21st, 2007). Dr. Fouladvand after months of unjustly being denied his travel documents, which were seized in a raid by the British MI5 forces on the eve of the Islamic Republic's presidential phony election to put terrorist Ahmadinejad in the office, had through the help of an Iranian lawyer in London been able to retrieve his travel documents. He embarked on a journey to Iran and had planned to join forces with members of his resistance group inside Iran at an undisclosed date. On his way to Iran, he frequently delivered short messages to his supporters which were broadcasted on International television channel - a channel solely dedicated to the overthrow of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Dr. Fouladvand had made a commitment to people of Iran that either he will be successful in this mission or he will give his life to free Iran from the hands of these anti-Iranian Islamic Tazi terrorist Mullahs occupying Iran. It is believed that Dr. Fouladvand was captured by an undercover Islamic Mullah's double agent named Mehrun also known as commander Behzad who as lead contact person had penetrated Dr. Fouladvand's camp near Turkey. It is believed that Dr. Fouladvand was tortured and murdered in Iran along with two of his supporters Simorgh and Kouroshe Lor.

In honor of Dr. Frood Fouladvand's life time resistance, dedication, contribution to freedom in Iran, and on the anniversary of his disappearance, true Iranians all over the world have declared this day January 17 as: Dr. Fouladvand's Day

Celebration of Nature and Season, the Longest Night of the Year
The beginning of Winter (solstice):
Sunday, December 21, 2008 - 04:04 AM
PST

Jashne Shabe Cheleh is an ancient Iranian winter celebration and reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. Jashne Shabe Cheleh marks the beginning of the winter (solstice) and the longest night of the year. Jashne Shabe Cheleh is celebrated for 10 days every winter and is dedicated to a profound appreciation of nature and season. Jashne Shabe Cheleh commemorates triumph of knowledge over ignorance, light over darkness, goodness over evil, and the renewal of sun and joy. Shabe Cheleh in Persian language means "The first of forty (40) nights" and it marks the beginning of forty (40) nights before the next major Iranian celebration called “Jashne Sadeh”

Another name for Shabe Cheleh is Cheleh Bozorgeh (big Cheleh). Much like Iranian Norooz celebration that continues for 13 days and ends with Sizdeh-Bedar, Jashne Shabe Cheleh continues for 10 days and ends with another celebration called Cheleh Koochikeh (small Cheleh).  Jashne Shabe Cheleh is a celebration of joy. Iranians around the world celebrate life, happiness, and family values, friendship and offer love and kindness to each other. Traditionally, Iranians decorate Shabe Cheleh holiday table with poetry books, flowers, candles, wine, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Celebration of Shabe Cheleh includes gathering around fire with family and friends for a holiday feast and to read poetry until well after midnight.

The meaning of  "Yalda"

"The word Yalda derives from a Syriac term signifying "birth." A Winter Solstice festival, Jashne Shabe Cheleh had already been celebrated throughout the Iranian world even prior to the introduction of the word Yalda during the early Sassanid Era. Like all other Iranian festivals tied to the solar calendar, Jashne Shabe Cheleh has its roots in the close contacts between Chaldea / Babylonia and Iran during the late Achaemenid period. The process by which the term Yalda entered the Persian language is not conclusively established, but is probably attributable to Syriac Christians who received protection from the Sassanid monarchs. While these Christians that brought Yalda to Iran presumably associated the festival with the birth of Christ, the proximity of December 25th to the day of the Winter Solstice (December 21st or 22nd) eventually led to the two festivals being conflated and celebrated as one. Contrary to some expectations, Yalda is neither etymologically nor culturally related to Yule or Yuletide, even though that European festival is also originally a mid-winter event."  Source: Encyclopedia

Jashne Azargun is an ancient Iranian celebration and reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. Jashne Azargun is celebrated during the Persian month of Azar and is dedicated to a profound appreciation of fire and the power of life it sustains. Azar in Persian language means fire and it is certain that in ancient Iran the fire played a most prominent role. The capturing of fire and fire making techniques were developed by ancient Iranians in around 7000 BCE. Having learned to make fire at will, life took a different turn for ancient Iranians, winters become comfortable, nights were light up, food becomes palatable, metal was extracted and tools made. In short, the possibility to control fire changed the life of ancient Iranians thereby many impressive temples were constructed and inconceivable pains were taken to preserve the sacred element from defilement. They looked upon fire as a manifestation of the divine power, purity, and essence. Fire was carried in state processions before the Persian kings at glorious palaces, for it was a symbol of the divine presence and the national feeling. Traditional Jashne Azargun celebration includes gathering around fire with family and friends for a holiday feast.

Historical Discovery
3000 years old Persian King Mummy found In Iran

November 18, 2008 - Sanandaj, Iran - Construction company workers have discovered a cemetery surrounded by five tombs during roadway excavation nearby Hassan Abaad village approximately 500 meter from a historical ancient site of Zagros Mountain in Iran. The tombs contain five exquisitely preserved mummies and treasure, what archaeologists are calling the best-ever relics of a civilization that began nearly 8000 years ago in the greater Iran. Archaeologists are mystified and impressed by preservation method that was used on these mummies by ancient Iranians. These mummies date back to more than 3,000 years and believed to have lived around the year 1000 BCE or 500 BCE prior to Koorosh (Cyrus) The Great of the Hakhamaneshian (Achaemenid) dynasty.

According to local villagers, the tombs are made of lead on the outside and gold plate on inside surface. One of the tombs contains a completely intact and well-preserved mummy of a Persian king wearing a bejeweled crown with many valuable accessories including rings, necklaces and bracelets that were placed in a box next to him. Many ancient artifacts, a golden rod resembling an ancient Iranian flag decorated with valuable jewelry, a gold fish plate and eagle-like plate with Persian cuneiform writing were also found inside this tomb. Persian cuneiform writing is a pictographic writing system used by ancient Iranians.

The Iranian government news agencies have yet to report anything about this important historical discovery.  It is highly likely that mummies will soon be destroyed and their artifacts and jewelries stolen by Islamic government officials for personal financial gain. The world's historical and cultural organizations are encouraged to move quickly to preserve this priceless discovery.

Ecological catastrophe in the Persian Gulf

November 2008 - Bandar Abbas, Iran - It is without a doubt another huge environmental disaster for Iran and Iranian people. Persian Gulf, a key waterway for region's oil exports is heavily contaminated. Many oil spills in recent years, industrial wastes and chemicals that are regularly being dumped in the waterway or at its shores are rapidly poisoning and contaminating the entire Persian Gulf.  Oil-related activities, regular sewage release, heavy shipping navigation, the presence of military fleets and submarines -- and that pollution is killing or poisoning wildlife, including fish presumably destined for human consumption with adverse consequences on human health and livelihood. Many of local populations of corals and fishes have been destroyed in recent years. Persian Gulf is 47 times more polluted than what is described as the "standard level." Read full article and see all pictures

Jashne Abangun is celebrated during the Persian month of Aban the beginning of the raining season and is dedicated to appreciation of water and the life it sustains. Traditional celebration includes gathering at home with family and friends for a holiday feast and welcoming the raining season. Ancient Iranians were always inspired by nature and treasured four main elements of life: Air, Water, Soil and Fire. True Iranians celebrate life all year long and commemorate many monthly festivals along with four main seasonal celebrations (Norooz, Mehregun, Shabe-Cheleh and Sadeh).  All these celebrations are directly in tune with nature and change in seasons.

Koorosh (Cyrus) The Great Day
8 Aban Maah Padeshahi
October 29, 2008

Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great (600 - 529 BCE) the pride of Iranian people was a towering figure in the history of mankind.  He Koorosh, the king of kings was the first Hakhamaneshian (Achaemenian) emperor of ancient Iran who issued a decree on his aims and policies, later hailed as his charter of the rights of nations. Inscribed on a clay cylinder, this decree is known to be the first declaration of human rights and is now kept at the British Museum.  A replica of this charter is also at the United Nations in New York.  It symbolizes “multiculturalism,” a word coined to express not only the peaceful coexistence in one land of people from different backgrounds and cultures, but a doctrine of diversity that is the foundation of advanced societies today. Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great will be remembered forever.

Jashne Kaveh Ahangar is a great ancient Iranian victory celebration that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran and commemorates the triumph of good over evil.  Ancient Iranians celebrated this day as a national independence day. Kaveh Ahangar the blacksmith, a true Iranian national hero who first appeared in Iran's national epic Shahnameh Ferdowsi as a freedom fighter who united Iranian people and liberated Iran from an oppressive tyrant named Zahake Tazi. As a symbol of resistance and unity he raised his leather apron on a spear known as the Derafsh-e Kaviani and lead the Iranian people to a great victory by re-establishing monarchy of King Fereydoon Shah.  After this great victory Derafsh-e Kaviani was declared Iranian national flag and decorated with the most precious jewels becoming the symbol of independence, resistance, resilience, pride, prosperity and happiness for the  Iranian people. To this date, Derafsh-e Kaviani remains an important motif in Iranian art, history and culture.

True Iranian National Hero

Bahman Jazooyeh Ramhormozi, a great Iranian warrior and a true Iranian national hero was captured by invading Tazi Arabs during battle of Ghadesiyeh and the defeat of Persian Empire 1,428 years ago. After being captured, Bahman was spared beheading because of his horse handling knowledge and skills that was desired by Tazi Arabs. Arabs named him "Ebne Molajam" which in Persian means "Son of horse handler (Afsar-gir) or son of a person who is skilful in handling and taming horses. Bahman used his knowledge and skills to get close to the Tazi Arab Caliphs. In an opportune time, Bahman this great Iranian freedom fighter defending his homeland in captivity took revenge by sending Tazi Arab Caliph Imam Ali to hell for killing over million innocent Iranians men, women and children. Bahman was brutally tortured and finally beheaded by Imam Ali's sons, Hassan and Hussein.

According to my friend, whom I cannot name for his own safety, there has been a resurgence of the Persian identity. Many Iranians have converted back to the Zoroastrian faith and secretly burn the Koran. Every spring here in Manhattan, the Persian Day Parade grows larger and more colorful. Beautiful women in colorful garb dance to joyous music and the symbol of the ancient faith is everywhere. ...Read the entire article at one of the following links:

These barbaric Arab Taziz massacred Iranian people, committed the worst atrocities by beheading more that 7 million Iranians after they defeated and conquered Tisphone (today's Iraq), capital city of Iran.  These Arab Taziz forced women and children to become their slaves, looted and burned many cities, libraries and palaces including Tisphone palace. They confiscated people's belongings and took everything they could on camels.  Eventually they remained in Iran by killing and beheading more people and forcing their way of life upon Iranians that has lasted until today.

Eagle of Iran (Oghab-e-Iran)
Newly formed Iranian Opposition Group

August  2008 -Former Iranian Imperial Air Force Major General Mehdi Rohani and other exiled Iranian Air Force commanders during the Pahlavi Era have formed an Iranian opposition group in the United States.  The group calls itself "Oghab-e- Iran (Iran's Eagle) and has begun regular Iranian television and radio broadcasting to unite Iranians to overthrow the barbaric Islamic Tazi Mullah's regime in a civil and non-violence popular movement. The group's strategy has significant merit with high percentage of success if the call for unity reaches masses inside Iran. The TV and radio program is broadcasted by an international satellite which covers Iran's air waves.  In the short period of time, Oghab-e-Iran has gained significant support all over the world particularly inside Iran.  Reports from Iran indicate that many Iranian people are seeking more information about the group's plan particularly after a major Mullah's newspaper acknowledged and sarcastically reported the group's existence.

In a psychological attempt to avoid bloodshed, riot and disarray inside Iran, Major General Mehdi Rohani, the group's top commander has ordered the expulsion of over 100 Mullahs holding leadership positions in a peaceful approach. No other formal change to the Iranian Constitution, overall administration or national structure has yet been proposed. The group plans to hold general election selecting desired form of government soon after they take charge inside Iran. Major General Mehdi Rohani has also promised amnesty, safety and job security to Mullah's military commanders, revolutionary guard, military organizations and all other operatives including government employees. This promise is designed to neutralizes the resistance of people outside the top 100 Mullahs who would otherwise feel personally threaten by any change of regime.

Mullahs are destroying tomb of Koorosh the Great under disguise of restoration project

August 08, 2008 - The tomb of Koorosh the Great, the founder of greatest Empires ever seen, the first Hakhamaneshi (Achaemenid) king to have introduced a universal declaration of human rights is gradually being destroyed by anti-Iranian Islamic Arab regime. Though the city of Pasargad, the oldest capital of the ancient Hakhamaneshi empire is a ruin, Koorosh the Great's tomb which is a major symbol of Iran's pre-Islamic heritage has remained largely intact for more than 2500 years. The barbaric Islamic regime has denounced the Koorosh's legendary greatness as a "Jewish myth" in a book called The False Cyrus. Koorosh (Cyrus) is revered in Jewish history for freeing the Jews exiled in Babylon and ordering the rebuilding of their temple in Jerusalem after the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar destroyed it. Cyrus's deeds are extolled in the Old Testament's book of Ezra.

Since the rise of barbaric Islamic Mullah's regime to power in 1979, the anti-Iranian Arab regime has taken many measures to destroy most archaeological sites significant to Iran's glorious past.  On February 2006, scaffoldings were placed around the tomb of Koorosh the Great to restore the stones of this historical pre-Islamic ancient monument, but more than two years has passed and the project has not been completed yet. In the meantime, the nearby Sivand dam which started operation in 2006 has increased moisture damages in the air and threatens this monument. According to the local concerned Iranians, humidity levels inside the tomb has increased significantly. A damp odor in the air and traces of moisture surrounding the footing of the structure and on the walls has some of Iran's cultural heritage activists worried.

Pre-Pottery village found in Iran

Archeologists have unearthed a Pre-Pottery Neolithic village at Iran's Telle Atashi located near the city of Bam in Kerman Province. “The village is bigger than other Neolithic villages, which have been found so far and has a circular structure. The village dates back to 7000 BCE and can be considered as one of the most significant Pre-Pottery era sites in the Near East. Archeologists unearthed several rooms, a marching area, stone blades, hand mills, mother goddess figurines and mud statuettes at the site. The city of Bam surrounds the ancient mud-built Bam Citadel, which was destroyed in 2003.

August 2008, Fars Province, Iran - As a result of negligence by corrupt barbaric Mullahs' regime, two more huge environmental man-made disasters have been caused by self-indulgence Tazi Mullahs. Lake Parishan near Kazeroon and Shah Ghasem Dam near Yasoj, both close to Shiraz, have been gradually drained for Mullahs economical benefits. Sources within local government agencies have indicated that the lakes were drained to supply irrigation water to Mullahs agricultural private lands in the area.

Lake Parishan home to several rare and endangered migratory birds was registered in the list of international wetlands and regarded as an important habitat for the rare migratory birds. Shah Ghasem Dam was completed in 1997 at a huge cost. Mullahs lack of understandings for nature's ecosystems is indescribable.  They have been dumping toxic and hazardous agricultural waste into the both lakes for years before draining and destroying them.

Iranian archeologists have unearthed three new ancient sites in Burnt City in the country's southeastern Sistan-Baluchistan Province. Excavations have yielded 453 prehistoric sites so far and archeologists expect the number to reach 1000. The smallest site found in Burnt City is about 200 sq.m and the largest one is 36000 sq.m. The 5000-year-old Burnt City is located near the city of Zabol and spans an area of more than 300,000 hectares. Four civilizations have lived in the city which was burnt down three times and not rebuilt after the last fire. The world's oldest animated picture, dice and backgammon set, the earliest known caraway seed and artificial eyeball have been found at the site.  Source: TE/HGH

July 2008- Esfehan, Iran - It is without a doubt another huge environmental disaster in Iran.  Zayandeh-rood, a critical and life-sustaining famous river passing through 500 years old Khajoo bridge has been dangerously contaminated by oil, industrial wastes and chemicals that are being illegally dumped at its banks. As a result of negligence by corrupt Mullah's regime, the contaminated water has caused catastrophic and adverse environmental impact with major consequences. Thousands of fish have died and vital resources including environmental sensitive areas along the river banks have been destroyed.

Since the rise of theocratic-totalitarian regime to power in 1979, the anti-Iranian Islamic Arab regime is systematically destroying Iran and its resources.  As the result, many environmentally sensitive areas and bodies of water along with historical and archaeological sites have been devastated. In general, the occupying Islamic Arab  regime has been trying to destroy Iranian way of life and all Iran's resources at any cost.

According to historians, Jashne Gole Niloufar originated during Achaemenian dynasty, which dates back more than 2500 years ago. Ancient Iranians focused and respected nature and for that reason all Iranian celebrations are in sync with natural cycles and astronomy. This beautiful flower called "Gole Niloufar" blossoms at the beginning of summer. Its beauty and warm colors with twelve leaves were believed to represent twelve months of the year. Gole Niloufar was passionately loved by ancient Iranians especially women. Inspired by beauty of Gole Niloufar, Achaemenian Royal Queens, women artists and designers directed the best stone workers of that era to create impression of this flower on almost all stone borders of historical and decorative areas at the various palaces particularly at Parseh (Persepolis palace) in Iran which took nearly a century to complete.

Arch rationalist or scientist with ancient Iranians spiritual core?

A letter written by Albert Einstein the year before his death was offered at the price of $12,000 and sold for the staggering amount of $404,000 at an auction in London on May 16, 2008. The letter which is handwritten in German to philosopher Eric Gutkind in January 1954, at the age of 74, while he was living in Princeton in the US. suggests his views on religion did not mellow with age. Einstein, who helped unravel the mysteries of the universe with his theory of relativity, expressed complex and arguably contradictory views on faith, perceiving a universe suffused with spirituality while rejecting organized religion. He states in the letter, for example, “The word god is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish.” In later life, he expressed a sense of wonder at the universe and its mysteries - what he called a "cosmic religious feeling" - and famously said: "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind." But, he also said: "I do not believe in the God of theology who rewards good and punishes evil. My God created laws that take care of that." Einstein believed that "there is some kind of intelligence working its way through nature. But it is certainly not a conventional Christian or Judaic religious view."

Ironically, more than 5000 years ago ancient Iranian's religious conviction was based on knowledge and wisdom.  Zartosht (Zarathustra), the greatest Iranian teacher and philosopher was a messenger of peace and good life, eternal love and wisdom.  Zartosht who believed that there is some kind of intelligence (Ahura Mazda) working its way through nature based his philosophy on Good Deeds, Good Thoughts and Good Words. He united ancient Iranians into a way of life that guided them to glorious time of prosperity and happiness for centuries (Persian Empire).  Zartosht was a great Iranian spiritual leader of profound and lasting significance. "If only Iranians had adhered to Zartosht's principles “Good Thoughts, Good Words and Good Deeds”, Iran would have remained eternally prosperous and exalted." Read full article and see the letter

Ancient Persian relic found in toy box

A scrap metal dealer plans to auction his childhood toy, an ancient Persian gold cup from the Achaemenid era, for some 990,000 dollars.

May 29, 2008 - The 70-year-old John Webber says his grandfather gave him the 14-centimeter high mug to play with when he was a child, back in 1945. He, as a child, used the cup for target practice with his air gun. The golden cup, which was languished for years in a shoe box under Webber's bed, is decorated with the heads of two women facing in opposite directions, their foreheads garlanded with two knotted snakes. Experts say the cup is actually a rare piece of ancient Persian treasure, beaten out of a single sheet of gold hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus Christ. The analysis confirmed that the method of manufacture and the composition of the gold is 'consistent with Achaemenid gold and gold smithing' dating back to the third or fourth century B.C.

Name found on Achaemenid inscription

Dariush the Great

The latest studies of Achaemenid inscriptions reveal the name of Great Dariush's uncle, mention of whom was made only in historical texts. Archeologists succeeded in deciphering the name of Dariush the Great's uncle, Pharnaces on a piece of Achaemenid inscription. After detail examinations and conversion of the letters it was discovered that the name of Pharnaces, Dariush's uncle who was in charge of administrative management and served as Dariush' treasurer,”  Pharnaces, alternatively pronounced Parnaces, was one of Arsames's three sons and brother to Hystaspes, father of Dariush I. Dariush I, titled the Great was the son of Hystaspes, and king of Persia from 522 BC to 485 BC.

Jashne Gol
Ancient Iranian Flower Celebration
Ordibehesht 2, 6372 Padeshahi -  April 21, 2008

The most powerful spiritual symbol of Tue Iranians

What "Faravahar" meant to the ancient Iranians who carved it on stones is that it represents Zartosht's principles of “Good Thoughts, Good Words and Good Deeds”.

The significance of the Faravahar, true Iranian symbol

1. The figure inside is that of an old man, representing wisdom of age. 2. There are two wings in two sides of the picture, which have three main feathers. These main feathers indicate three symbols of "good thoughts, good words, and good deeds," which are at the same time the motive of flight and advancement. 3. The lower part of the Faravahar consists of three parts, representing "bad reflection, bad words and bad deeds" which causes misery and misfortune for human beings. 4. There are two loops at the two sides of the Faravahar, which represent positive forces and negative forces.  The former is directed toward the face and the latter is located at the back. This also indicates that we have to proceed toward the good and turn away from bad. 5. The ring in the center symbolizes the eternity of universe or the eternal nature of the soul. As a circle, it has no beginning and no end. 6. One of the hands points upwards, indicating that there is only one direction to choose in life and that is forward. The other hand holds a ring and some interpreters consider that as the ring of covenant and used in wedding ceremonies representing loyalty and faithfulness which is the basis of Zartosht's philosophy. This means when a true Iranian gives a promise, it is like a ring and it cannot be broken.

Since, the ring of covenant which located in the center of the Faravahar's trunk is the symbol of the immortality of the spirit, it can be inferred that more human beings try to promote their own Faravahar, more their spirit will be elevated in the other world after they pass away. For that reason, ancient Iranians would never mourn at the death of their beloved ones, because they would believe that their spirit will be elevated to a higher level in the other world.  On the basis of one's Faravahar, everybody is responsible for his/her own deed.

Iran's Rivand Fire Temple excavated

A team of Iranian and Polish archeologists are studying the Rivand Fire Temple, located near the city of Sabzevar in Khorasan Province.

The findings of the new research show that the fire temple is not a single, freestanding structure, but part of a larger complex. The original construction also included a main entrance and an ablution chamber. The Rivand Fire Temple was discovered by Faeq Tohidi in 1981 and registered as a national heritage site the same year. Some archeologists believe Rivand Fire Temple is part of the famous Azar-Barzin Mehr fire temple, which was one of the three most important fire temples of the Sassanid era.

"Our salvation is in the embracing of the most powerful symbol of our culture, and that is Derafsh-e Kaviani. If we stand behind this flag we shall free our homeland"

Assembly of Iranian Cultural Renaissance

Fellow countrymen, Happy Iranian New Year 6372. Just as our custom is to weave blades of grass on Sizdeh-bedar, let us weave together among us the bonds of unity and our culture and prepare for the victory that belongs to us. Still, the Assembly of Iranian Cultural Renaissance is saddened to announce that on March 20, 2008, the scholar and teacher Manochehr Farhangi was brutally assassinated in Madrid, Spain, by agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This gentle scholar had the heart of a true Iranian warrior. His life was spent fighting to reveal the truth about Iran’s history and culture. He has rallied forever behind the banner of the Derafshe Kaviani.

The Derafshe Kaviani is the ancient standard of the Iranian kings. It is the truest and oldest symbol of genuine Iranian culture. Today we fly it not only in celebration of the Iranian New Year, but in memory of Manochehr Farhangi, this peaceful soldier of true Iranian culture who died in this life to find his eternal place in the pages of the history of our land, a star blotted out from our sky to live forever in the pages of Iran’s history when it comes to be truly written. He was another soldier in the army of Yazdegerd III, the last true Iranian king. The battle of Qadesieh will go on till the invading Arabs are forcefully expelled from the land of Ahura Mazda.

Our Iranian banner, the Derafshe Kaviani, was burned once, 1400 years ago, by the Omar Ibn Khattab under the standard of Islam. But our banner will rise from its ashes and fly over Southern California parks during Sizdeh-bedar celebration on March 30, 2008 just as it did last October 15, 2007 over the Statue of Liberty and the footprint of New York’s Twin Towers.

1387 Moaviehyee (40 years after Arab invasion)

Norooz or new day, is wonderful Iranian national celebration that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. Norooz is the most cherished of all the Iranian festivals and has been celebrated for more than 4000 years. Norooz is ancient Iranian celebration of spring equinox and represents ancient Iranians' impressive understanding of science and astronomy. True Iranians decorate their family Norooz table with "Seven Sheen", ancient Iranian ceremonial Norooz items before Arab invasion:

1- Shokoofeh (flower blossom), 2- Sheer (milk), 3- Sheerini (sweets), 4-Sham (candle), 5- Shahnameh (Epic of Kings), 6- Sharub (wine), 7- Shahdaneh (ancient Iranian medicine)

Happy Jashne Charshanbeh Soori
Iranian National Fire and Light Festival

3Shanbeh, Esfand 28, 6371     Tuesday, March 18, 2008

By: Massoume Price - Last Wednesday of the Iranian year know as Charshanbeh Soori. On the eve of last Wednesday of the year, literally the eve of Red Wednesday or the eve of celebration, bonfires are lit in public places with the help of fire and light, it is hoped for enlightenment and happiness throughout the coming year. People leap over the flames, shouting:

Sorkhi-ye to az man; Zardi-ye man az to
meaning: Give me your beautiful red color; And take back my sickly pallor!

With the help of fire and light symbols of good, we hope to see our way through this unlucky night - the end of the year- to the arrival of springs longer days. Traditionally, it is believed that the living were visited by the spirits of their ancestors on the last day of the year. Many people specially children, wrap themselves in shrouds symbolically re-enacting the visits. By the light of the bonfire, they run through the streets banging on pots and pans with spoons called Gashog-Zani to beat out the last unlucky Wednesday of the year, while they knock on doors to ask for treats. Indeed, Halloween is a Celtic variation of this night.

This festival was not celebrated on this night and in this manner before Islam (14 century Arab invasion of Iran) and might be a combination of different rituals to make them last.....

Crimes against Iranian national heritage by Tazi Arab occupiers

Construction of a three story hotel, Just 20-meters away from 2500-years-old Apadana Palace

March 11, 2008 - Shiraz, Iran- A construction permit has been issued by Khuzestan Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department to construct a three story hotel, just 20 meters away from the Achaemenid Apadana palace in Susa. The Apadana Palace has already been threatened by the construction of a school on its perimeter, but the construction of this hotel will definitely ensures the destruction of this important Iranian historical site in the long term.

Since the rise of theocratic-totalitarian regime to power in 1979, the anti-Iranian leaders of the Islamic Tazi Arab regime have dedicated significant resources to restructuring Iranian culture, values and sense of national identity, and as the result many pre-Islamic historical and archaeological sites have been devastated. In general, the regime has been trying to destroy, and erase all pre-Islamic cultural heritage from the consciousness of the Iranians at any cost, in favor of Islamic culture and the Islamic way of life.

Iranian entrepreneurs make cuneiform writing software in Iran
Awakening of True Iranian National Identity

Cuneiform, the first form of written expression by ancient Iranians

March, 7, 2008 - Tehran, Iran - An original new software that enables users to type in Persian cuneiform writing is to be released into Iran's market in the near future by the  Iranian entrepreneurs. Cuneiform is a pictographic writing system used by Persians during Achaemenian empire. With this unique software enthusiasts will be able to write inscriptions in cuneiform and see their phonetic equivalents. The cuneiform script is the earliest known form of written expression, created by the Sumerians in 3000 BC. Cuneiform writing began as a system of pictographs. Over time, the pictorial representations became simplified and more abstract. A blunt reed called a stylus was used to write cuneiforms on clay tablets. The symbols drawn with the stylus were wedge or nail shaped, thus giving rise to the name cuneiform meaning 'wedge shaped' or 'Mikhi', as it is called in Iran, meaning nail shaped.

Iranians nonpareil creators of metal works

By: Tamara Ebrahimpour - Iranians have been skillful creators of metal works since the prehistoric era, reviving metal with splendid artistic patterns. Living in a land rich in metal mines, Iranians were the first nation to use metal for creating a wide range of metallic instruments and alloys. An epigraph found in Susa shows Iranian metal workers blowing into bellows used to forcefully pass air into a forge and raise the temperature to a suitable degree for melting metals. Bronze and silver objects found in Susa and Tappe-Hesar archaeological sites show that rapid replacement of stone arms and tools with daggers and lances in ancient Elam...

Europe is a lost cause.  Is US next?

At the siege of Vienna in 1683 Islam seemed poised to overrun Christian Europe!
and now...Europe is in a new phase of a very old war!

The 1978 US and European covert operations and policies to overthrow Shah of Iran and support the fundamentalistic Islamic opposition of Ayatollah Khomeini have proven to have catastrophic consequences for the free world. Today in Europe, Israel is a demonized word, a confiscated reality. European governments created an anti-Semitic culture in order to integrate the Muslim immigration, but they have absorbed the values of a Jihadist society. This is why Europe is intellectually and spiritually confused and disoriented. Caravansara, Ancient Iranian Hotels

By: Tamara Ebrahimpour - For more than 25 centuries Iranians accommodated foreign and domestic merchants and pilgrims at elaborate hotels called caravansara, which were built along roads and in cities. The word caravansara is a combination of caravan and the Persian word sara, which means dwelling, palace, or enclosed courts. The development of Iran's road system, increased export to Europe, China and India, which in turn gave rise to the need for more trade routes and roadside caravansara.

The Iranian Identity Crisis: Islam vs. Iranian Identity

By: Paolo Bassi - Since the 1979 Islamic Revolution the West has presented, with depressing consistency, a distorted image of Iran portraying it as a seething mass of Islamic fanaticism. Those unaware of Iran 's rich history could be forgiven for believing that Iran knows nothing but Islam. The reality is far more complex and hopeful. Publicly most Iranians accept their Islamic identity, however, most are also aware of their pre-Islamic Iranian identity. The tension between these competing identities has existed since the Arab-Islamic takeover of Iran in the seventh century AD.

The crown of Islamic Arab values simply does not fit the Iranians.  It never has and it never will!

They forced government employees under their rule to gather in Shahyaad Square to demonstrate against the free world condemning US and Israel but nothing against their British masters. Since 1979, these Islamic Tazi Arab terrorists have committed physical and cultural genocide inflicting the worst barbaric crimes and atrocity against Iranian people. The brutality of this regime has created immense pressures in Iranian society signifying social injustice and has let to the rise of social ills such as poverty, child molestation, child trafficking, prostitution, sexual slavery, harassment, selling body parts, brainwashing, dismemberment, stoning,  public hanging, discrimination, false imprisonment, drug distribution, aid, cholera, homelessness, joblessness, family abuse, hunger, depression, suicide and more.

Expansion of Islamic influence around the World

Ankara, Turkey, Feb. 9, 2008 - Turkey’s Parliament approved on Saturday controversial constitutional changes aimed at lifting a ban on Islamic female students wearing the Muslim headscarf in universities. Under influence of new Muslim president Mostafa Gol, Turkey parliament voted in favor of lifting the ban. A strict headscarf ban had been in force in Turkish universities since 1997. The ban came after the staunchly secularist military had exerted pressure to oust a government it saw as too Islamist.

Iran's wind towers, age-old air conditioners

By: Hedieh Ghavidel - Wind towers (Badgir) are important elements in traditional Iranian architecture, providing natural air-conditioning in hot, dry and humid climates for thousands of years. These towers rise not only on ordinary houses but also on top of water cisterns (Ab-anbar). The function of the cistern found below most wind towers in warm dry regions was to help balance humidity inside the structure. In many desert buildings, wind towers were built on top of a lavabo (howzkhaneh, which functioned as a summer courtyard). The wind was directed over the pool where it evaporated the water and took the cool air into other rooms. The first historical evidence of wind towers in Iran dates back to the fourth millennium BC.

Iranian National Monument mocked as public toilet!

February 4, 2008 - Mazanderan Province, Iran - In a attempt to deprecate Iranian national heritage and dishonor Shah of Iran King Ariamehr Pahlavi, Islamic Tazi Mullah Terrorist occupiers of Iran are constructing public toilets resembling Shahyad structure, an Iranian national monument built under Shah's regime. For 1400 years, these barbaric Tazi nomads from across the Arabian desert have tried to destroy Iranian identity and heritage instigating Islamic propaganda. Jashne Sadeh
Iranian Winter Celebration

Shanbeh - 13 Bahman Maah 6371 Shahanshahi
Saturday -  February 02, 2008 Miladi
Jashne Sadeh is one of many great celebrations of ancient Iranians for more than 5000 years!

Iranians all over the world celebrate around fire to commemorate the triumph of good over evil, warmth over coldness, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance.  Jashne Sadeh in Persian means hundred and marks exactly hundred days and nights (fifty nights and fifty days) before the next major ancient Iranian celebration "Norooz".  Traditional celebration of Jashne Sadeh involves getting together with family and friends, lighting a big bonfire outdoors, singing and dancing around the fire and sharing food. Traditionally families bring firewood or dry tree branches for the bonfire. Jashne Sadeh is celebration of life, happiness, family values, friendship, love and kindness. Jashne Sadeh is a community celebration.

Happy Jashne Sadeh to all Iranians around the world

Discovery of Fire by an Iranian King, Houshang Shah

Take away fire and man will revert to wilderness like any other animal! The greatest discovery made by man alone on this good earth is the art of making and maintaining fire. He, like any other animal, had seen fire striking from clouds, devouring bushes and trees, and devastating large tracts of green land. He had also seen fire being spewed by a volcano and the molten lava snaking and snarling its way down the slopes. He also knew it gave heat and scared ferocious animals.... must read!

The History of medicine in ancient Iran

By: Hedieh Ghavidel - The history of medicine in Iran is as old and as rich as its civilization. In the Avesta, science and medicine rise above class, ethnicity, nationality, race, gender and religion. Some of the earliest practices of ancient Iranian medicine have been documented in the Avesta and other Zoroastrian religious texts. During the Achaemenid era (559-330 BCE), the 21 books of Avesta encompassing 815 chapters were an encyclopedia of science consisting of medicine, astronomy, law, social science, philosophy, general knowledge, logic and biology. It can be inferred from these books that Zoroastrians placed great importance on personal hygiene, public health and the prevention of contagious diseases....

Dear Iranians: Have the Courage to Say No to Islam

January 19, 2008, Esfehan, Iran - In a Arabic month of Muharam, Islamic Tazi Mullah terrorists and their followers mourn for their barbaric ancestors, for those who massacred millions of Iranians in the past centuries. Traditionally, Mullah Taziz wear grave-cloths and wound themselves with a poniard (Ghameh) until their heads or their foreheads are cut open, filling their entire head and face with blood. But lately in occupied Iran, Tazi Mullahs are producing street-plays and carnivals to deceive ordinary Iranian people and conceal the true Iranian history. One thing for sure, Iranians will never forget the atrocities that Arab Taziz have committed against Iranians. What really happened to the Shah of Iran!

Below is excerpt from a book entitled, "A Century Of War : Anglo-American Oil Politics and the New World Order" written by William Engdahl, a German historian. This book reveals the conspiracy by the British and American governments to remove the Shah and establish radical Muslim government for political and economical benefit.

"In November 1978, President Carter named the Bilderberg group's George Ball, another member of the Trilateral Commission, to head a special White House Iran task force under the National Security Council's Brzezinski. Ball recommended that Washington drop support for the Shah of Iran and support the fundamentalistic Islamic opposition of Ayatollah Khomeini. Robert Bowie from the CIA was one of the lead 'case officers' in the new CIA-led coup against the man their covert actions had placed into power 25 years earlier.. must read

Islamic Tazi Mullahs have destroyed the remains of 2200-year-old Khoda-Afarid bridge also known as Negin, in Shiniyar district of Masjed-Soleyman in Khuzestan province. Tazi Mullahs covert mission to survive: Terrorize people in Iran and all over the world, make global threats, continue nuclear ambitions, conduct more underground nuclear tests and connect them to earthquakes, destroy Iranian ancient history where possible, and build more Islamic Mosques

The devastating Bam earthquake on December 26, 2003 that caused severe damage to valuable human life, property and destroyed a 2000 years old ancient Bam Citadel in Iran was probably caused by Mullah's covert nuclear explosion near Pakistan's border. This covert operation was Tazi Mullah's clear mission to continue their nuclear ambitions and systematically destroying Iranian ancient history throughout Iran as they did with Sivand Dam and Pasargad.

Were Iranian earthquakes caused by a covert nuclear test?

Jashne Shabe Cheleh
One of many great celebrations of ancient Iranians for more than 5000 years

Celebration of Nature and Season
The beginning of Winter (solstice)

Jashne Shabe Cheleh is an ancient Iranian winter celebration and reflects the rich cultural heritage of Iran. Jashne Shabe Cheleh marks the beginning of the winter (solstice) and the longest night of the year. Jashne Shabe Cheleh is celebrated for 10 days every winter and dedicated to a profound appreciation of nature and season. Jashne Shabe Cheleh commemorates triumph of knowledge over ignorance, light over darkness, goodness over evil, and the renewal of sun and joy. Ancient Iranians called this night “Cheleh Bozorgeh” (Big Cheleh) because it marks forty (40) days before the next major ancient Iranian celebration “Jashne Sadeh”.

Iranians around the world celebrate life, happiness, and family values, friendship and offer love and kindness to each other. Jashne Shabe Cheleh is a community celebration and time of joy. Traditional Jashne Shabe Cheleh table is decorated with poetry books, flowers, candles, wine, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Celebration of Jashne Shabe Cheleh includes gathering around fire with family and friends for a holiday feast, merriment and to read poetry until well after midnight.

The meaning of  "Yalda"

"The word Yalda derives from a Syriac term signifying "birth." A Winter Solstice festival - Shabe Cheleh had already been celebrated throughout the Iranian world even prior to the introduction of the word Yalda during the early Sassanid Era. Like all other Iranian festivals tied to the solar calendar, Shabe Cheleh has its roots in the close contacts between Chaldea/Babylonia and Iran during the late Achaemenid period.

Ironically in today's occupied Iran, according to one of the terrorist occupiers, Mohammad Abbaspour a member of Tazi Islamic terrorist parliament "90 percent of the country's population are living under the poverty line and only ten percent of the people have access to social services provided by the government. 1976 U.S. Headline News: "Warning to America"

Padeshah of Iran, Ariyamehr Pahlavi was recognized as "Monarch of the Year" back in 1975 by the Western media. Newsweek magazine reported the following on January 6, 1975:

"To the West's dismay, The Shah made oil prices sky-high. With his new riches, he made massive loans and investments in Europe and America and stepped up his drive to transform his country into a modern industrialized state. As the Shah saw it, Iran was well on its way to becoming a major global power".

U.S. News & World in the exclusive interview with the Shah of Iran in Tehran on March 22, 1976 reported: "A key Middle East ruler counts on the U.S. for weapons, modern industry, technology. Americans view Iran as a stable supplier of oil. Yet the once-warm relationship shows signs of fraying. The Shah explains why".

Question: Your Majesty, do you still believe that Iran will become a world power?
Answer: Yes, I think we can do a lot in 25 years' time. I probably won't be around myself, but the foundation will be laid. In 12 to 13 years the main infrastructure in every field will be solidly laid down. And from there we will just pursue the same policies using momentum to generate new possibilities and power - economic, industrial and human power, which is so important.  read the entire interview

November 17, 2007 - According to the latest reports 70 percent or more of people in Iran live below poverty line and are deprived of the most basic services of life! Children of Iran many from poverty-stricken families are being employed as cheap commodities.  There are no accurate statistics on child laborer in Iran.  According to one report, in today's Iran under the current barbaric Islamic regime, there are over 1,000,000 children between the ages of 6 and 14 who work as permanent workers with no access to education.

Iran and her children need help!
Current and future Iranian generations will not forgive 7 million Iranians abroad for turning their back to their Motherland!

It is every Iranian's moral and patriotic obligation to help liberating Iran from 14 centuries of occupation and destruction by Tazi Islamic terrorist occupiers of Iran once and forever!

Persian NOT Farsi
Iranian Identity Under Fire: An Argument Against the Use of the Word ‘Farsi’ for the Persian Language

By: Shapour Suren-Pahlav - The rich legacy of the Iranian nation – that is, Iranian identity at its most fundamental – is defined by, and intertwined with, the Persian language. Professor Ehsan Yarshater, editor of Encyclopaedia Iranica, affirms this eloquently:

“Persia has cherished and preserved against all odds . . the shared experience of a rich and rewarding past. It finds expression primarily through the Persian language, not simply as a medium of comprehension but also as the chief carrier of the Persian world view and Persian culture. The Persian language . . is a reservoir of Iranian thought, sentiment and values, and a repository of its literary arts. It is only by loving, learning, teaching and above all enriching the language that the Persian identity may continue to survive”. read full story

To Fly Over Statue of Liberty

A call to Iranians of every religion and language
to resist oppression

New York, NY - For Immediate Release

Statue of Liberty in New York will look on proudly on Monday October 15, 2007 as Iran’s ancient flag of the Kings, Derafshe Kaviani, flies overhead to signal the revolt of Iranians of every country, language, and religion against Iran’s repressive Islamist regime of Mullahs. The 25 x 25 foot Derafshe Kaviani will fly along Long Island, over the United Nations, and circle New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. The flight is timed to coincide with the ancient Iranian festival of Mehregan, the fall festival that also celebrates an ancient victory over oppression at which this flag was unfurled.

The flag of the Kings, Derafshe Kaviani remains an important motif in Iranian art and culture, although its meaning has been repressed by the current regime.  We raise this flag now to call on Iranians to renew their pride in their ancient culture and to rise once more, as their ancestors rose against legendary demons and conquerors, to establish an Iranian nation that is truly free.

Derafshe Kaviani was first raised, according to legend, against the Satanic, evil dragon demon Zahak. In Iran’s national epic, Shahnameh Ferdowsi, the demon has become an oppressive Arab ruler. Kaveh Ahangar, the blacksmith rallied the people against him, using his spear and leather apron to remake the ancient flag and lead the people to victory.

The World's first Declaration of Human Rights

Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great clay cylinder

Iranian history dates to 6000 B.C.  The Iranian people have a long tradition of tolerance and respect for human rights and diversity.  When Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great conquered Babylon in 550 B.C., he did so to cheers from the Jewish community, who welcomed him as a liberator. He allowed the Jews to return to the “Promised Land.” He showed great forbearance and respect towards the cultural traditions and religious beliefs of other races.  He abolished slavery, guaranteed freedom of speech, and outlawed discrimination against all races and religions.  These qualities earned him the homage of all the people over whom he ruled.

Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great was the first Achaemenian emperor of Ancient Iran who issued a decree on his aims and policies, later hailed as his charter of the rights of nations.

Iranian Paradigm!

It's another World's wonder.  The worst case of brainwashing in the world's history!

Click here to see an example of how Iranians lost their true identities and became Muslim!

When Arab Taziz invaded Iran, they massacred by a way of sword and shedding blood millions of Iranian men, women and children. These barbaric invaders forced peace loving Iranians to change their beliefs and way of life.  The paradigm above represents the dark history of Iranian people since 1,428 years ago.

It is hard to believe that Iranian people with over 8000 years of a rich history and culture having spiritual leaders such as the Great Zartosht (Zarathustra), the first philosopher and teacher who recognized God on the basis of wisdom and knowledge and Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great who declared the world first charter of human rights over 2500 years ago, wind up believing the barbaric Islamic teaching and beliefs of killing, beheading, cutting- off hands, feet, removing eyes, wife beating, and torture all in the name of Islam and Allah.  This mass brainwashing has deceived Iranians for 14 centuries and continues today.  Majority of Iranians have lost their true identities and become Arab slaves without being conscious of it.

History reveals that Tazi Arabs invaded Iran and massacred Iranians twice in the past 14 centuries. First in the battle of Ghadesieh 1,428 years ago and second time by overthrowing King Ariyamehr Pahlavi 30 years ago with help from foreign interests.  A key point is that in the past centuries Iranian culture has been a nation's defensive strategy to survive those savage Arab attacks, but it's time to make this powerful culture a nation's offensive strategy to put an end to this nightmare and eradicate these barbaric Tazi Islamic terrorist occupiers of Iran.

It is time to think about events of history 14 centuries ago!

Ezadi ethnic group is one of the few True Iranian group that did not convert to Islam by the way of swords and beheadings after defeat of Iranians to Arab Taziz in the battle of Ghadesieh 1427 years ago. They had survived savagery and barbaric beliefs since the fall of Ancient Iran to Arab Taziz and were living in their village with very basic life living standards. They speak ancient Iranian Pahlavi language and their belief is based on Good Thoughts, Good Words and Good Deeds.

Hundreds of Iranian Freedom Advocates are being killed or hanged by Islamic Terrorist Tazi Mullahs

Ayatol-Sheyton Tazi Mullah Janati

July 28, 2007 - Tazi Mullah Janati, head of Islamic Terrorist Guardian Council in occupied Iran has defended the recent mass killing / hanging of young Iranian freedom advocates. In his weekly Friday prayer speech he said that "If Imam Ali was here today, he would have killed even more of these thugs" -  listen in Persian

Who was Imam Ali?

Above is the Arabs and Historians' picture of Shiai Islam first Imam Ali, son-in-law of  Mohamamad who beheaded 70,000 Iranians according to Arab historians.

Below is the picture of "Imam Ali" that has been embedded in the mind of Iranians!

1400 years ago during Sasanian era and king Yazdegerd III, Iran was invaded by barbaric hungry desert living Taziz khalifas named Omar, Osman, Ali, Hassan, Hussein and their thugs.  Peace loving Iranians lost the Ghadesieh battle to Arab Taziz Islamic terrorists due to betraying of Iranian military officers. For Centuries, these Arab Taziz tortured Iranians, destroyed all libraries, books and forced Iranians to speak Arabic and to become Muslim!  As a result of these atrocities, most Iranians are not aware of their true identities!

Amazingly, after 1400 years of brainwashing, superstitious and slavery, children of Koorosh (Cyrus) the Great, Dariush, and Ferdowsi still commemorate these Tazi barbaric killer enemies as their heroes. They pray for their enemies five times a day by facing the direction of Saudi Arabia and putting their foreheads on imported Arabia's soil!

These barbaric Arab Taziz massacred Iranian people, committed the worst atrocities by beheading more that 70,000 Iranian men in one day after they had concurred Capital city of Iran, Ghadesiyeh.  These Arab Taziz  forced women and children to become their slaves for sale, looted and burned many cities, libraries and palaces including Tisphone palace.  They confiscated people's belongings and took everything they could on camels before settling down in Iran.  Eventually they forced their way of life upon Iranians that has lasted until today!

Tomb of Firoozan (Abu-lolo) in Kashan to be destroyed soon by the Islamic terrorist regime of Mullah Taziz in Iran

Firoozan's real name is Firooze Nahavandi.  He was a great Iranian warrior and a true Iranian hero who fought terrorist Tazi invaders of Iran 1425 years ago.  He was very brave and intelligent engineer, architect and artist who became a POW, and was sold as a slave after the fall of Persian Empire capital "Tisphone" in what is today known as Iraq.  A parvenu Tazi leader bought him and took him to Medina in Arabia for slavery work.  After careful planning, Firooz took revenge by putting to death Omar ebne Khattab, the second Moslem Caliph, Muhammad's sun-in-law.

Firooze's action was in response to atrocities that were committed by Tazi Arab-Muslim invaders in Iran, which resulted in massacre, rape and looting of Iran.

The tomb of Firooze Nahavandi in Kashan, Isfahan province is being locked to visitors.  The terrorist Islamic regime of Mullah Taziz has announced a plan for the shrine to be destroyed soon.

Dorood to Firooze Nahavandi

He will be remembered by true Iranians as a national hero forever!

 Princess Leila Pahlavi
In memory of Iran's beloved daughter!

lei-crtp.jpg (26474 bytes)

Leila Pahlavi (March 27, 1970 – June 10, 2001) was a Princess of Iran.

Born in Tehran, Iran as Princess Leila Pahlavi, she was the youngest daughter of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Shah of Iran, and his third wife, the former Farah Diba. The family's titles and styles were abolished by decree of the Iranian government after the overthrow of the Shah.

She was nine years old when her family was forced into exile as a result of the Iranian Revolution led by the Ayatollah Khomeini.

Following her father's death in Egypt from non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 1980, the family settled in the United States, where the Princess graduated from Rye Country Day School in Rye, New York. She attended a state school in Massachusetts before going on to study at Brown University, graduating in 1992.

Pahlavi never married and spent most of her time commuting between her home in Connecticut and Europe. A onetime model for the designer Valentino, she suffered from anorexia nervosa, chronic low self-esteem, and severe depression and spent much time being treated in clinics in the United States and Britain. She was found dead in her room in the Leonard Hotel in London, England and was found to have more than five times the lethal dose of quinalbarbitone, a barbiturate, which is used to treat insomnia, in her system, along with a nonlethal amount of cocaine. According to a report about her death, which included information from an autopsy conducted by the Westminster Coroner's Court, she stole the quinalbarbitone from her doctor's desk during an appointment and was addicted to the drug, typically taking 40 pills at once, rather than the prescribed two.

She was interred near her maternal grandmother, Farideh Ghotbi Diba, in the Cimetière de Passy, Paris, France.

Shame on those responsible for her early departure from this life!

The Anniversary of Khomeini's Death!

Iranians boycott massively the commemoration of Khomeini's death anniversary

Iranians boycotted the official ceremonies marking the 16th anniversary of the death of Rooh-Ollah Khomeini. Millions stayed home or used the official holiday in order to go to friendly or familial parties or simply to get out of cities in order to have a moment of joy instead of the regime's promoted cult of death and mourning.

The Islamic regime and its leadership faced another fiasco and show of popular rejection of the Islamist ideology and their illegitimate regime.

For over 90% of Iranians of our days, Khomeini's name and dark legacy are incarnations of evil, cataclysm, destruction, blood and misery. They know him as the messenger of Satan rather than the God he claimed to represent.

Many compare him to Zahaak, a legendary tyrant of the famous "Epic of the Kings" written by the famous nationalist poet Ferdowsi who was living in 7th century. Based on Ferdowsi's poem, Zahaak was a foreigner and a tyrant who was able to rule in Iran and each day was murdering young Iranians. The fresh blood of his daily victims was used to feed two serpents taking root in his shoulders in order to stop them from killing Zahaak himself. This tale is considered by many Iranians of our days as a prediction which became true with Khomeini's accession to power.

Maybe one of the best commentary about him ever made by western media was written by the London Times, January 1, 2000, which stated:

" Khomeini's rule was, in all significant respects, a disaster.'

'For Iran it was comparable to the Mongolian

invasion of the 13th century.

'For neighboring Islamic nations his effect was to

frighten moderate leadership and to paralyze reform.'

'For the rest of the world he bears, in addition, a

disastrous responsibility for inspiring and

sanctioning state terrorism.'

'All three legacies will be hard to erase. "

Without any doubt, Ayatollah Khomeini will have his place in the dark records of the Iranian contemporary history as a mad man full of hate and ignorance who chose the gradual destruction of a country for fulfilling his thirst of revenge and egocentrism.

The Islamic regime rulers might continue to praise his legacy of doom, devastation and desolation, but the people of Iran have, since years, issued their historical verdict about him by creating a milieu in which the regime is forced to watch over his tomb just to prevent its destruction and defilement. Persian Woman with Golden Eye 5000 years ago!

The body of a strikingly tall 5,000-year-old woman with an artificial golden eye has been discovered in Iran. Archaeologists said the woman was a female soothsayer or priestess and would have transfixed those around her with her eyeball, making them believe she had occult powers and could see into the future. The 25-30-year old Persian woman, who was almost 6 feet tall, was also buried with an ornate bronze hand mirror so she could check her startling appearance. The golden eyeball is engraved with lines coming out of a central circle like rays of light.

It is a half-sphere with a diameter of just over an inch and made from lightweight material thought to be derived from bitumen paste, which is painted gold. There are two tiny holes drilled on either side of the eyeball, through which a fine thread held it in place. Historians said an imprint on the woman's eye socket proved she wore the golden eye in life, rather than having it placed in her eye at burial.

Derafshe Kaviani
The Greatest comeback of the Century!
Iran's ancient flag, the world first!

Ancient Iranian flag before Arab invasion

The first reference to Iranian flag can be traced back to a mythological mutiny launched by Kaveh, the blacksmith, against Zohak, the notoriously tyrant ruler of the time. To spearhead the rebellion, Kaveh had no other choice but to have his own leather apron uplifted upon a lance. As a result of this upheaval, Zohak was ousted and Feridoun enthroned.

King Feridoun later ordered the auspicious leather standard to be cased in rich brocade of yellow, red and pink colors and jewels hung upon it . He also decreed the flag to be called The Royal Derafsh (flag in Old Persian), hence, Derafsh-e Kaviani. As such, there was no figure, of any kind, on the flag. It was just a colorful combination of yellow, red and pink silk which, based on historical evidences, remained the national and military flag of Iran in the times of the Achaemenians and Sasanians.

Every king would add to the jewels attached to the derafsh. When Arab Muslims invaded Iran, the derafsh was seized in a bloody battle fought around Nahavand (a city with the same name in today’s Hamadan province in the mid-western Iran) and taken, among many other war spoils including the well-known Baharestan Rug, to the headquarters of Omar-ibn-e Khatab, the second Caliph of Muslims after the demise of Muhammad. Astounded by the great number of precious stones and jewels attached to the derafsh, he ordered his soldiers to burn it after removing off the priceless stuff.

For the next 200 years, with Arab occupiers of Iran imposing a religious ban on the depiction of any animated figure and prohibiting the drawing of any pictures, Iranians did not have a flag of any type. The only exceptions to this, was an Iranian rebel leader, Babak Khoramdin who came to pick a red flag as his resistance banners. The term, “The Red Clad”, has been employed by historians to refer to the follower of this resistance leader. (Source: Farhangsara)

Dorood or Salam

  or

1,428 years ago, a tribe of Arab named Tazi with no identity and no culture lived in the desert of Arabia.  They would not trust each other living in the desert with no water or food. If five of them slept together in a tent (kheymeh), four wouldn't make it alive the next day.  They would regularly kill each other over little food or possessions.

Before attacking and invading the wonderful heavenly region of Iran, their barbaric leaders set about patching up the internal unrest between hungry tribes by promoting and saying "Salam" and "Salam-ol-Aleykom" to each other meaning "Truce" in other words "Don't kill me, I am on your side".

At the same time, Iranians with more than 8000 years of history and culture living under philosophy of their teacher Zartosht (Zarathustra) believed in good thoughts, good words and good deeds. They lived in communities and peace; enjoyed life and promoted happiness; lived healthy and long life; shared wealth and cared for one another; celebrated 365 days a year including Norooz, Mehregan, Shabe Cheleh (Yalda), Sadeh; and above all to greet each other they would say: "Dorood" meaning "Wishing you well, health, and happiness".

Dorood = Wishing you Well, Health and Happiness

Salam = Truce / Peace (Don't kill me!)
